The Gift That Keeps Giving

It is not too late to give the gift of camp! The holiday season will be over in a few weeks but you can still give someone the gift of camp! Why give the gift of camp? We asked Summer Staffer Hailey and she had some pretty good reasons!

 

“The gift of camp gives a child the opportunity to see Jesus in a new ways. Campers can come to an environment that will challenge them in new ways and push them in their walk with Christ.  During their summer camp experience, campers are surrounded by Christ followers and good influences. Campers will make friendships that will last a lifetime and memories they will never forget.  The gift of camp gives a camper the chance to experience something that I pray everyone gets to experience.”

Giving the gift of camp could mean giving to our scholarship fund.  We fill scholarships for campers who otherwise wouldn’t be able to experience summer camp.  This past year we were able to fill over 50 scholarships thus changing over 50 campers lives! Read that last sentence again because that is incredible! Over 50 campers got to experience summer camp who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to.

Giving the gift of camp could mean donating to our general fund.  This general fund helps ensure that our lights stay on, our staffers get paid, broken things get fixed and many many other things that help Asbury Hills run smoothly.

Giving the gift of camp could mean donating in honor of your camper.  Is your camper too old/young to go to Asbury Hills? Donate in honor of them and change another camper’s life just like Asbury Hills changed your camper’s life.

You may give your gift now but it is a gift that keeps on giving.  The gift of camp isn’t just a donation but so much more.  The gift of camp lives in a camper for their entire life.  If you grew up going to camp then you can understand why we are so passionate about camp!

ONLINE Camp Store

Have you ever wanted to purchase Asbury Hills merchandise but couldn’t because you weren’t at camp?! We finally have a solution to the problem of never having enough Asbury Hills merchandise!

You can now shop ONLINE for Asbury Hills swag and it is easier than ever! Perfect timing for Christmas, right?! This blog post is PACKED full of information on how to purchase your favorite Asbury Hills products online.  If you don’t find the answer to any question you may have, give Paige a call by calling our Greenville office at 864.298.0125.

How to access our Online Camp Store:

1. Go to www.asburyhills.org.

2. Click the ‘Store’ tab across the top.

3. You’re in! Select the sizing and colors of the items you’d like to purchase then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

*Each time you click ‘Add to Cart’ a new window will open showing you your cart. Don’t worry! This is a secure webpage opened by PayPal to show you what is in your cart and to give you the option to continue shopping or check out.

**You can click the yellow PayPal Check out button to check out with PayPal. Clicking the grey Check Out button will allow you to checkout without using PayPal.  Click the blue ‘Continue Shopping’ option in the top, right corner to go back to the store.  PayPal will keep track of everything you put into your cart until you are ready to check out.

4.  Once you are ready to check out, click the ‘Check Out’ option.  Note: You do not need a PayPal account to shop our Asbury Hills Online Store. You can check out with PayPal or as a guest with no hassle.  Shipping costs will be added in at this point.

5. Once you place your order, please give us 3-5 business days to get it prepared and ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal confirming your purchase.

Once your order has been processed, shipping information will be available!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. You must order at least $10 worth of merchandise.  This ensures that you are getting the most out of the shipping cost.

What if I don’t see the size I need in clothing?

If the size you need isn’t showing up in the drop down box, that means we are out of that size. We are working as quick as we can to restock any items that may be out.

How much is shipping?

Any order between $10 and $35 has an automatic shipping charge of $5.  Any orders over $35 will receive free shipping.

Why do I have to pay shipping if my order is under $35?

We want to encourage customers to get the most out of their online shopping experience! As a way to say thank you for shopping with us, we are giving free shipping those who order over $35 worth of merchandise.

Why can’t I track my package?

Tracking is available once the label has been created. If you cannot access tracking information then your order’s label hasn’t been created.  Once the label is created, a tracking number will be available.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

We will be working to prepare and ship orders as fast as we can! Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

When will more store items be added?

As we see which items are more popular, we will work to add new items.  If you have any requests, please feel free to let us know!

Do I have to have a PayPal account to shop the Asbury Hills Camp Store?

Nope! You don’t need a PayPal account to shop our store.  You can chose the option to check out as a guest when you’re ready.

What if I want to set up a PayPal Account?

You can! It is super easy and PayPal will walk you through each step.

How will I know if an item is not available?

While we will do our best to keep the online store up to date, there is a chance that you may select an item that we are out of.  If this happens, we will contact you immediately after we realize the problem and issue you a refund.  Of course, we are working hard to avoid this from happening!

What if my question wasn’t answered?
